How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond to all enquiries — form submissions, WhatsApp messages and calls — within one hour during clinic operating hours. Messages sent outside these hours are answered first thing the next working day.
How much is Consultation?
Your consultation costs 5000ksh, with no obligation to proceed with any treatment. It is an honest conversation about your skin, your goals and what is realistically possible for you.
Can I choose any clinic regardless of where I live?
Absolutely. All three clinics — Parklands, Riverside and Nakuru offer the full range of Vivace treatments and are led by the same clinical standards. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
Do I need to bring anything to my first visit?
Just yourself. If you have any previous test results, medication lists or relevant medical history, feel free to bring them but it is not required for your first consultation.
