- About Us -
Combining medical expertise with cutting-edge technology for healthier, confident skin.
Why Vivace exists
Vivace was founded on a simple observation: too many people in Nairobi were making decisions about their skin — and their confidence — without access to genuinely qualified, medically guided advice. They were visiting salons for treatments that required a doctor, buying products that didn’t suit their skin type, or simply going without care because they didn’t know where to turn.
We built Vivace to be different. A boutique clinic where you are seen as a patient, not a customer. Where the doctor takes time to actually listen. Where treatment plans are designed around your specific skin, your lifestyle and your goals — not a one-size-fits-all menu of services.
Today, Vivace operates from two locations in Nairobi — Parklands and Riverside — and we are bringing the same standard of care to Nakuru in 2025. We treat adults, teenagers and children for everything from medical skin conditions to laser hair removal, HydraFacials, anti-ageing injectables and women’s wellness.
Our Mission & Vision
What we do every day
To deliver safe, effective and medically guided aesthetic and dermatological care to every patient who walks through our doors — without exception. We combine premium technology, qualified expertise and a genuinely personal approach to help our clients in Nairobi and across Kenya look their best, feel their most confident, and maintain lasting skin health.
M
Where we are going
To become the most trusted name in dermatology and aesthetic medicine across Kenya — a clinic that patients recommend to their family, friends and children without hesitation. We envision a Vivace in every major Kenyan city, each holding the same standard of care, the same medical rigour and the same intimate, patient-first environment that defines us today.
V
Dr. Manaal
"I want every patient to leave feeling not just better looking — but genuinely understood."
Her philosophy is straightforward: every patient is different, every skin is different, and treatment should reflect that. She takes time — in a way most clinics don’t — to understand not just your skin condition, but your lifestyle, your concerns, and what outcome would genuinely make a difference in how you feel about yourself.
She specialises in laser treatments, anti-ageing injectables, acne and complex skin conditions, women’s intimate health, and paediatric dermatology. She is equally at home treating a teenager’s first acne breakout as she is administering Botox or conducting a skin cancer screening.
"Aging is a fact of life. But feeling uncomfortable in your skin doesn’t have to be. We can change that — safely, naturally, and on your terms."
MEET OUR TEAM
Every person at Vivace — from the moment you call to book to the moment you leave — is committed to making your experience exceptional.

Why we chose the Motus AY
We don’t use the cheapest laser available — we use the best one suited for Kenyan skin. The Motus AY by Deka is the only FDA-approved Alexandrite + Nd:YAG laser in its class, specifically designed to treat darker complexions safely and effectively.
When we invested in this technology, we chose it because our patients deserve treatments that work for them — not equipment designed for lighter skin types in Western markets.
- Safe for skin types I–VI (all complexions)
- Contact-cooled for maximum patient comfort
- No gel required — cleaner and more hygienic
- Treats both fine and coarse hair effectively
- Permanent results with full session course
