Filler is a structural material, not a fix for skin quality. We use it where volume or projection is genuinely missing, and we say so when it isn't. Most people leave a consultation here with a smaller plan than they arrived with.

We start at half a syringe in most areas and bring you back at two weeks, once the swelling has settled. If it still needs something, we add it then. Adding is easy taking it away costs you a month.

Faces lose volume in an order: temples and midface first, then the fold to the mouth, then the jaw border. Chasing the fold directly is why so much filler reads heavy. We treat the cause where we can find it.

Filler is priced per syringe, so the cost depends on the area and how much it needs. Lips usually start at half a syringe; a jawline takes considerably more. We quote you an exact figure at consultation, before anything is opened, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Not if it is dosed properly. An overfilled look comes from too much product placed too superficially, not from filler itself. We start small, review you at two weeks once the swelling has gone, and add more only if it is still needed. Adding is easy; removing costs you a month.
Less than most people expect. Numbing cream goes on for twenty minutes beforehand, and every product we use carries lidocaine, so the second side is easier than the first. Where we can use a cannula rather than a needle, there are fewer entry points and less bruising.
It depends on the area and on you. Lips move constantly and typically hold six to twelve months. Cheeks, chin and jawline sit against bone and usually last twelve to eighteen. Metabolism, how much was placed and which product was used all shift those numbers.
Yes. Everything we place is hyaluronic acid, which can be broken down with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. It is a separate appointment with its own assessment, and we would normally ask you to wait for the swelling to settle first — a lot of early regret is swelling rather than filler.
Same day for cheeks, chin and jawline. Lips swell more and look their worst the morning after, so if you have something to be at, leave a clear week. Skip exercise, alcohol, saunas and steam for twenty-four hours, sleep propped up the first night, and makeup is fine the next morning.
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active skin infection or cold sore at the injection site, or where there is a known allergy to the product. Blood thinners, autoimmune conditions and recent dental work all need discussing first. Suitability is decided at consultation, and if treatment is not the right call for what is bothering you, we will say so.

That matters more with filler than with almost anything else we do, because the difference between a good result and a complication is anatomical knowledge.
